The Blue Cruise will be done in each case, we guarantee departures, but depending on capacity, a rebooking to another route is possible.
- The cruise takes place on a traditional motorized yacht. Due to different construction, there are diverse types of wooden motorized Gulets.If sails are available, it is the sole decision of the captain if and when these are used.
- The yachts are allocated only on arrival, depending on the number of passengers.
- The yacht´s name is not confirmed until arrival.
- Allocation of the cabins is at check-in time on board
- You can book a yacht for private hire/group bookings, you book at least 6 double cabins, that is for 12 people (adult price) - on the fixed route, but the yacht name cannot be specified.
- Children must at least be aged of 12 years to be allowed onboard the gulet.
- In cabin charters for groups, there is no age restriction.
- Thorough cleaning of the yacht is made after / before each trip
- No cleaning service during the trip
- Daily emptying of the toilet bin by the crew is provided.
- Bed linen and towels are changed only if needed
- Guests have to bring their own beach towels
- Guests are allowed to bring their own drinks on board
- Alcoholic drinks are chargeable outside of the specified times.
- According to the number of guests aboard, we offer a limited amount of alcoholic drinks
- An additional delivery does not occur
- On every yacht Stereo and DVD players are provided.
- Medical equipment; because we cannot guarantee 24 hrs electricity, we do not recommend the use of certain medical equipments, such as respirators.
- Meals on board; if specific foods are required for special diets, these shoudl be provided by the guest, we cannot supply these, eg gluten free foods. etc
- Air-conditioning is chargeable.
- Optional excursions operate only with minimum 8 persons.
- Guests on board have to inform your agency in the case of accidents, injuries or similar incidents.
- If there are any problems / requirements during the Blue Cruise tour and these cannot be solved by the crew on board, please contact the agency immediately. Our customer service mobile phone number is always available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week . (You can use the captain´s mobile phone for calling us).
- If you do not contact and inform the agency or your representative of any complaints you may have during your holiday, no complaints made later will be accepted.
- In the case of a defect we will try and rectify within 24 hours, if after this time it cannot be resolved a yacht of comparable qualıty will be provıded.
- The first and last days/nights will be spent in Fethiye Harbour.
